One-on-One sessions: $60 each

 

Monthly Packages: 

 

Starting at $200/month

Includes one-on-one sessions and 3 boot camps a week OR your own speicalized 4 week fitness plan. 

 

$150/month- 3 month commitment 

 

$200/month- month to month

 

$300/month- 2 one-hour sessions/week (8 sessions/month)- month to month

 

$450/month- 3 one-hour sessions/week (12 sessions/month)- month to month

 

Long Term Packages (Workout Plan Included):

 

One session per week - 4 sessions total:

         6 months: $825 (save $75)

         12 months: $1600 (save $204)

 

Two sessions per week - 8 sessions total: 

        6 months: $1650 (save $150)

        12 months: $3100 (save $504)

Three sessions per week - 12 sessions total: 

        6 months: $2450 (save $252)

        12 months: $4650 (save $756)

               GROUP TRAINING/BOOTCAMP

 

Join group training today and be uplifted and encouraged by other women and mamas! 

 

Kristin will lead you and your group through a grueling circuit training session where you will build muscle and shred fat! 

 

Sessions last about 1 hour and include warm-up, stretching, circuit training, and cool-down.  

 

This encouraging, up-tempo workout will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning!!

 

Monthly Package: 

Boot Camp: M/W/F 9-10am

Glute Lab: Saturday 9:30-10:15

$10/session

$5/session if you bring a NEW friend.

Fit Mama 2.0 is a safe and encouraging place where women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Kristin McMillan, owner and trainer, aims to inspire and encourage women to meet their goals in fitness and in health. Kristin has been on her own journey over the last year and is excited about sharing her love for fitness and her love for life with other women and mamas out in her community, and encouraging them on their own fitness journeys. 

We offer boot camp style group circuit training, and personal training catered to your individual needs and goals. Currently we meet at Kristin's home in Temecula, CA and we would love for you to join us!
