"Let me just start off by saying, at 51 years old I never dreamed I would be taking a boot camp fitness class. Just the term “bootcamp” has an intimidating ring to it. But when Kristin asked me to “come give it a try” I thought “ok let’s do this.”
I am somewhat fit because I have a little ranch that I am happy to call home. I have horses, ducks, chickens, dogs, and a cat. I ride horses and I love being outside. When the class started I really didn’t think I was that out of shape. BOY WAS I WRONG. But after each class I started feeling better and better. Kristin’s training experience is so helpful in each session. She is knowledgeable in kinesiology, and she sees to it that we are all doing our workout correctly.
When I started 5 weeks ago I weighted in at 148 and a size 8, I am now at 143 and a size 5! Going bathing suit shopping was fun for the first time in years. I have just completed my 5th week and I can honestly say that I have not felt this good in years.
So no matter what your age happens to be, or what body type you have, if you want to change the way you look and feel, I highly recommend taking the Fit Mama 2.0 bootcamp classes with Kristin McMillan. It rocks and you will have a body that rocks!!!"
